denying the fact that Ekta Kapoor's career sky-rocketed after she introduced
daily soaps, popularly known as the 'K' series. Two of the earliest and most
popular soaps among them were Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Kahaani Ghar
Ghar Ki. Both the shows had a loyal appointment viewing. The leading ladies of
the these two shows, Smriti Irani and Sakshi Tanwar, are household names today,
thanks to the fame these shows garnered back in the day. So it was, but
obvious, that Ekta has a special corner for these two ladies in her heart, even
to this day.

posted a picture with Sakshi Tanwar on her Insta page recently, lots of fans
left comments.
One of the
comments was a question and it left Ekta gasping for an answer. "Who do
you like more? Tulsi or Parvati?" asked a follower.
Ekta replied,
"wat do you like more mam ! Ur left or right eye ;):):)." Well,
that's a question you can never reply!
On a serious note,
Ekta went on to say in another post, "kidding I like both as both made me
who wat I am."
